1 cup dried quinoa
2 cups water
Rinse and drain the quinoa.
Pour 1 cup quinoa and 2 cups water in a saucepan.
Bring the water to the boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 mins.
Remove from heat and fluff with a fork.
Cooked quinoa can be stored in the fridge for 4-5 days and in the freezer for 6 weeks.
