Gluten Free Granola

Ingredients

3/4 cup sunflower seeds

3/4 cup pepitas

3/4 cup coconut flakes

1/4 goji berries

3/4 cup cashews, chopped

3/4 cup macadamia halves

1/2 cup almonds, chopped

1/4 cup coconut flour

1/4 cup coconut oil

1 tbsp coconut syrup

Instructions

Preheat oven to 160 degrees C and line a large baking tray with paper.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until they are coated with the flour, syrup and oil.

Spread out onto a baking tray.

Bake for 10 mins until lightly toasted.

Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Store in an airtight container.
