Fruit and Nut Balls




  1. Mix the coconut and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside for rolling.
  2. Put all other ingredients in a food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Slowly add in the orange juice to help the mixture bind together.
  5. Get a spoonful (approx 33g) and roll into a small ball.
  6. Place on a tray lined with baking paper.
  7. Roll each ball in the coconut mixture.
  8. Store in a sealed glass container in the fridge.
