I’m releasing two new books in “The Little Vegan Recipe Book Series” for FREE for 24 hours only. They are Books 2 and 3 in the series. Book 1 is The Little Book of Vegan Dinners and it has been very popular since launching on Amazon in February. Since then I have been working on Books 2 and 3 and I’m super excited to say that they will be available for a very limited time for FREE. After the first 24 hours they will be for sale at only US$3.99.
**EDIT** The books are now available on the website as pdf downloads. Buy one for $5.95 or all 3 for $15.
Book 2 is called The Little Book of Vegan Snacks. I love snacking and think that our taste buds need to get more of a workout. Three meals a day just isn’t enough. But it’s all about the right kind of snacking. The snacking that doesn’t expand your waistline, or put you on a sugar high that then slumps to a low an hour later. I’ve split the snacks book into two sections: sweet snacks and savoury snacks. Make sure you’ve signed up on the right to be the first to know when the books are released.
My favourite savoury snack would have to be my falafels.
And I can’t go past chocolate caramel slice for my favourite sweet snack.
Book 3 is called The Little Book of Vegan Desserts. Whenever I go out for dinner I always check the desserts menu before ordering my main to see how much space I have to leave. Dessert is a must. There are three sections in the desserts book: Cheesecakes, Fruit and Chocolate. The Banana Berry Cheesecake is a favourite of mine and if you don’t like coconut then this is the recipe for you. I’ve written about coconut alternatives before.
And the Banoffee Pie is to die for.
But when it comes to chocolate, the decadence, the richness and the texture of these truffles just can’t be ignored.
And that’s just a snippet of The Little Book of Vegan Snacks and The Little Book of Vegan Desserts. Free books for 24 hours only. I’ll let you know when the free offer goes live, just make sure you’ve signed up to receive my newsletter. To get your copy of any of my books head on over to the Shop section of the website, or Amazon. (You will need an Amazon account and then you can read the books through the Kindle app on any device, mobile or desktop.) I’d love to know what you think.
