Something I hear all the time is “I could never give up cheese.” Well, now you don’t have to. Cooking with vegan cheese has never been easier.

I published a post with 40 different recipes for creating a variety of vegan cheeses. Now I’d like to show you how you can use those recipes (or your own) to make food that would normally use animal based cheese. And you don’t have to be limited by these recipes –  take the cheese from one and put it on the veggies or pizza of another. Get creative and discover the world without animal cheese.
