Bircher Muesli

Ingredients

1/4 cup oats

1 tbsp sultanas

1 tbsp pepitas

1 tbsp coconut chips

1/2 apple, chopped

1/4 cup Kultured Wellness coconut yogurt

2 oranges, juiced

1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Put all ingredients into a bowl.

Stir until well combined.

Cover and place in fridge overnight (or at least 2 hours)

Notes

Multiply the ingredients by 4.

Place everything into a large bowl.

Stir to combine and place, covered, in the fridge to soak.

Scoop into a bowl to serve
