Come along to this 2 hour workshop and you’ll learn how to temper chocolate, learn how to create delicious, mouth-watering chocolates using techniques that you can replicate at home, make creamy ganache filled praline chocolates, make and decorate chocolate blocks and chocolate bark.
During the workshop, you’ll learn where chocolate comes from, the different types of chocolate, the history of the cocoa bean and chocolate, the currency of chocolate and of course get to taste test different chocolates from around the world.
Each workshop is limited to just 10 participants to ensure lots of chocolate for everyone. So book early. You don’t want to be disappointed.
