Ingredients
- One teaspoon honey
- Ice
- 3 ounces gin
- 1 ounce creme de gingembre, such as G.E. Massenez
- 1 ounce fino sherry
- 2 dies from Bitters Angostura
Directions
- Pour the rims of the glass of a chilled martini with honey. Fill a pint glass up with the ice. Add all the remaining ingredients into the pint glass and stir thoroughly. Strain into the martini glass.
